Interestingly, while cities like Nashville, Denver, and San Diego lead the list of top metros, Florida stands out as the most sought-after state overall. It’s no surprise, considering the strong appeal of low crime, manageable costs, and favorable weather. Yet, it’s worth noting that 54% of Americans say they can’t afford to move to their ideal location. For families navigating life transitions or seeking waterfront and luxury properties, understanding these market realities is essential for making informed decisions.
